About This Division
The "Talent-Education/Research-Startup Linked University Hub" project connects core talent development and R&D outcomes to startup creation and job generation. It operates staged systems: Stand-UP (AI education platform, regional industry startup courses, startup talent certification), Start-UP (business model development, prototyping, AC/VC investment matching, lab startup support), Scale-UP (IR investment, joint technology holding company, glocal startup fund linkage), with Governance (dedicated startup organization/council) and Next-Gen (high school-university startup education) building a sustainable ecosystem.
