AI Healthcare

"A New Standard for Future Healthcare - Caring for People with Digital Technology"

The meeting of nursing·health capabilities and cutting-edge AI technology

In line with the aging era and digital transformation, using data and artificial intelligence

We train convergence healthcare professionals who will realize patient-centered integrated care and smart rehabilitation.

Major Overview

Why 'AI Healthcare'?

The modern healthcare environment is changing rapidly. With the aging population and rise of chronic diseases, community-based prevention and care beyond hospital-centered treatment have become crucial, and the use of digital technologies such as AI-assisted diagnosis, telemedicine, and medical big data analysis has become essential in clinical settings.

This convergence major was established, led by the Department of Nursing in collaboration with the Departments of Occupational Therapy, Clinical Laboratory Science, and AI, to train 'future-oriented medical talent' who combine traditional clinical competencies with digital healthcare system design and data analysis capabilities.

Key Features

  • Multidisciplinary Convergence: Combining Nursing + Occupational Therapy + Clinical Laboratory Science + AI for an integrated medical perspective
  • Jeju Region-Specific: Practical education linked to Jeju Healthcare Town and the smart healthcare cluster
  • Advanced Technology Utilization: Intensive learning in AI, big data, digital twin technology, and telemedicine
